Domestic Orders

The orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days upon receipt. Shipping delays will occur during the holidays and the sale dates. Standard shipping will take 6-7 business days to deliver. Regrettably, we do not ship to A.P.O. (Army Post Office) or/and F.P.O. (Fleet Post Office) post boxes. All the orders will be shipped to U.S. Territories & to the Freely Associated States. If tracking information is not received, kindly contact us within 2 weeks.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept orders to the destination outside of the U.S.

 

Return Policy

Exchanges

If you are unpleased with the item you have purchased, we can provide an exchange if and only if the incorrect product reaches our warehouse.

Replacements

For all the orders placed directly from our website and the order delivered is damaged, kindly contact us immediately. To expedite the process, send an email to support@fashlimited.com. Do not forget to mention the Product number, Order number and your Contact details and average time for processing the replacement is 1-2 weeks.

Incorrect Products

For all the orders placed directly from our website and the order delivered is an incorrect product, kindly contact us immediately. To expedite the process, send an email to support@fashlimited.com. Do not forget to mention the Product number, Order number and your Contact information. Average time for processing the replacement is 1-2 weeks.

 

Refunds and Returns

If the products delivered is damaged, incorrect or for any other reasons you would like to return, kindly contact us immediately the moment you receive the order. To expedite the process, send an email to support@fashlimited.com. Do not forget to mention the Product number, Order number, your Contact details and the reason for the same. The products which are unused, undamaged and unopened will be acceptable for return.

Product returns will only be accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Refunds will only be processed if and only if the incorrect product reaches our warehouse and the shipping cost for the return will be excluded.

Cancellations

Unfortunately, orders once placed or shipped cannot be cancelled. After the product/order has been delivered you can either opt for an Exchange/Replacement or Return within 30 days from the date of receipt.
